With a proven track record in driving growth, he plays a key role in achieving GSDC's strategic targets and institutional expansion.

Senior Manager – Field Marketing & Business Development

Nadun Randula brings over 12 years of extensive experience in graphic design and digital media marketing. Since 2016, he has served as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of the Visual and Performing Arts, teaching Advanced Graphic Design. Blending deep industry expertise with academic leadership, he equips students with advanced creative skills and technical knowledge, bridging professional practice with visual arts education.

Senior Manager – Digital Marketing and Media

Sandani Semini leads marketing operations and student recruitment strategies at GSDC. Having progressed through key marketing and managerial roles across corporate retail and higher education, she brings strong expertise in sales execution, customer relations, and operational coordination. In 2023, she received the prestigious Chairman’s Award at GSDC in recognition of her outstanding performance and commitment to institutional growth.

Saliya Sandaruwan serves as Senior Manager of SSW Job Placement & Academic Operations at GSDC. An Attorney-at-Law, he holds an LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Colombo. His background includes research, teaching, and hands-on eldercare experience in Japan. He leads academic planning and SSW training, specifically in nursing care, empowering Sri Lankan professionals to build successful international careers.

Shanika Rajasinghe serves as the Senior Manager of Student Recruitment at GSDC, bringing over a decade of marketing expertise to student acquisition and outreach. She holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design and Marketing from AOD, a Diploma in Business Management from Aquinas, an EMSc in Strategic Marketing from CCBM, and is AAT Level 3 qualified, while pursuing an MSc in Marketing Management at APIIT.

Having served as a Teacher at Vidyakara Balika Vidyalaya and Administration Manager at Seven Top Apparel, she excels in leadership and people management. She is currently pursuing her CQHRM at CIPM Sri Lanka.

Subhashini Dilhani serves as Manager of Instalment Recovery, bringing 17+ years of experience. She holds a Higher National Diploma from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and completed AAT Part I and II. Previously, she spent 11 years as a Debt Collector and Legal Assistant at Sri Lanka Telecom, specializing in credit control, legal recovery operations, and financial account management.

Chathumi Wettasinghe serves as the Manager of Student Recruitment & Front Office at GSDC, bringing over 25 years of media and journalism experience to education. Having built a distinguished career at Lake House and served as News Editor for Hiru TV News Web, she now leads recruitment strategies and front office operations, guiding prospective students toward educational pathways that match their goals.
